Terms

A draft for review, dated 27 October 2026. It becomes final before JobVane opens to the public.

These terms are the agreement between you and JobVane's operator for using JobVane, on the website and in the app.

What JobVane does

JobVane helps you find, understand, choose between and keep track of job opportunities. It suggests; you decide. JobVane never applies for a job, contacts an employer or sends anything in your name. It cannot promise you a job, an interview or a salary.

AI

With your permission, JobVane uses AI to read your information and the jobs you look at. AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, such as what a job asks for, a company's details or a salary estimate.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give an email address that is yours.
• Keep your devices and email secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in to JobVane as you.
• What you put into JobVane stays yours. You let JobVane use it only to provide the service to you.

Fair use

Do not use JobVane to break the law, to harm others, to get at other people's information, to overload or attack the service, or to copy job listings or other content from it in bulk.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. JobVane can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Responsibility

JobVane is provided with care but without guarantees that it will always be available or right. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law

Irish law governs these terms. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and can bring a claim there.

Changes

When these terms change, JobVane shows the new version and asks you to agree before you carry on.
